At Globapay, we strive for satisfied customers. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your product under the following conditions.

Return Period

You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After registration, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition;
• Be in the original packaging if possible;
• Contain no damage or signs of use.

Products that are damaged through use or received incomplete may be refused or partially refunded.
